Summary of experience: 

• Land Access: Securing agreements and easements for infrastructure including data centres, transmission lines, power stations, roads, and rail corridors.

• Data Centres: Existing relationships with landholders across 20+ potentially suitable sites across Australia.

• Transmission Corridors: Development of over 100 km of transmission lines, designing 100+ proposed corridors and line adjustments, and engaging with more than 300 landholders to refine routes.

• Energy Projects: Supporting the development of solar, wind, hydro, and BESS projects, originating 5 GW of energy projects and securing land for projects valued at $1 billion+ each.

• Landholder Engagement: Building relationships with over 1,200 landholders across 100+ sites in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA, negotiating long-term agreements for large-scale infrastructure.

• GIS Mapping: Utilising advanced GIS tools for site identification, mapping, and analysis to support project planning and due diligence.

• Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Promoting collaboration and ensuring respectful communication with all stakeholders to achieve balanced outcomes.

• Development Approvals: Experienced team of project developers with experience leading and managing project approvals for large infrastructure projects across Australia.
