The field team is who we are.

Advantage Access (AA) is structured around the people in the room with landholders. Land Assembly Leads work from the lead office — owning the client relationship, the programme cadence and the documentation. Landholder Engagement Officers are anchored in the country your project sits in, and travel into adjacent districts and across state lines as projects require. AA has secured land for projects across every mainland state. Everything else — GIS, project management, technical administration, commercial direction — exists to keep officers in front of landholders prepared, briefed and supported.

Tier 01 · Field

Landholder Engagement Officers — anchored across five home states.

Officers are geographically anchored to the country they have built — specific districts, specific communities — and travel into adjacent areas and across state lines as projects require. A wind project, a transmission corridor and a data centre prospect in the same district run through the same officer. We'll be specific about which officer would run your programme on the first call.

New South Wales Data · Wind · Transmission · BESS · Solar

Northern Tablelands · New England · Mudgee · Central West · Liverpool Plains

50+ yrs Anchored in NSW farming country

Generational network depth in NSW farming country — relationships across the Northern Tablelands, New England and Central West families, including bench members who have themselves hosted infrastructure on their own land. Property-law and rural-succession lens for option-and-lease drafting, conveyancing and inter-generational consent. Working fluency with how NSW networks procure vegetation, access and easement work.

Active across: Northern NSW · Central West NSW · Southern QLD

Victoria Data · Wind · Transmission · Solar/BESS · Water

Western District · Wimmera · Gippsland · Statewide

60+ yrs Across Victorian country · statewide

Statewide bench across rural Victoria, with deep community footing in the Western District — the kind of standing that gets a meeting in a small town. Victorian transport-and-infrastructure land specialism on the bench: fluent in how the state procures access for substations, road corridors and geotechnical work, with urban-planning and property-valuations training underneath. Stakeholder-engagement and governance reform experience across state agencies.

Active across: Statewide VIC · Western District · Wimmera · Gippsland

Queensland Wind · BESS · Data centres · Resources interface

Western Downs · Darling Downs · Statewide

30+ yrs Across QLD resources, agriculture & the EPA

Bench depth across the Queensland resources, agriculture and EPA interface — the country where broadacre farming, mining services and utilities siting all share the same shire-road network. Active relationships through the Western Darling Downs community, with decades of operator-side commercial-development practice that translates directly into landholder advisory on infrastructure siting.

Active across: Statewide QLD · Northern NSW

WA Field resourcing in-state

Field resourcing in Western Australia — ready to mobilise on briefs in-state.

Active across: Western Australia

South Australia Wind · Solar · BESS · Transmission

Mid North · Yorke Peninsula · Riverland · Limestone Coast · Murraylands

Active Across SA's energy country

Active across South Australia's energy country — the Mid North, Yorke Peninsula, Limestone Coast and Riverland pipeline. SA's landholder community is among the most experienced in the country at negotiating wind, solar, transmission and BESS proposals at pace; engagement reflects that scale. Coordinated from the lead office, with the same three-stage methodology applied in our other home states.

Active across: Statewide SA · Mid North to the Limestone Coast

Officer profiles, references and CVs are shared under engagement, not on the website — the people in the room with your landholders aren't a marketing surface. We'll introduce the officer for your region on the first call.

Tier 02 · Back office support

The people who keep officers in front of landholders.

GIS overlays, programme cadence, document preparation, commercial direction and client services — these support the field team. Listed here, smaller, because they should be: the field is the product.

Most engagements start with a 30-minute call. We'll be specific about which officer would run the work in your region, what the programme would look like, and what we'd charge — on the first call.
