Stage 01

Desktop Discovery.

Cadastral, land-use and constraint overlays. Title and tenure triage. Confirms assumptions and non-negotiables before anyone is contacted.

Stage 02

Sentiment Discovery.

Parcel and ownership mapping. In-person engagement with hosts and neighbours. Reception tested, narratives tailored, shortlist tightens.

Stage 03

Securing Agreements.

Split valuation methodology. Tailored negotiation. Solicitor coordination. Executed access agreements with audit trail, across 5+ sites.
