Section 02

Collection of your personal information.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information. However, to access some features you may be required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but is not limited to a unique username and password.

This document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the Advantage Access website, https://www.advantageaccess.com.au/. We are committed to respecting your privacy. As an Australian business, we are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

Section 03

Use of your personal information.

For each visitor to our site, we collect non‑personally identifiable information, such as browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing, page access times and the referring website address. This information is only used internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content while you are at this site.

Any personally identifiable information we collect from you will only be used with your express consent, such as sending you our newsletters.

Section 04

Online forms & website hosting.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. on infrastructure based in the United States. Static page content is delivered to your browser through Netlify's global content delivery network; in the ordinary course of serving the site, Netlify processes standard request data (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) for the limited purposes of routing traffic, mitigating abuse and providing security. This data is not retained by Advantage Access.

The contact form on this site, and the enquiry forms on each sector and case study page, are processed through Netlify Forms. When you submit a form, the information you provide — typically your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your message — is transmitted to Netlify, stored on Netlify's infrastructure in the United States, and forwarded to info@advantageaccess.com.au. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about the services you have asked us about. We do not use form submissions for marketing without your express consent and we do not pass them to any other third party.

Because Netlify is a United States provider, submitting a form involves a cross‑border transfer of personal information. By submitting a form you consent to that transfer for the purposes set out above. Netlify is contractually committed to protect submission data and publishes its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We retain form submissions only for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and to maintain a record of our communications, after which they are deleted from the Netlify dashboard. If you would like a copy of a submission you have made, or you would like it deleted earlier, contact us using the details in Section 09.

Forms on this site use a hidden “honeypot” field to filter automated spam submissions. No CAPTCHA, advertising pixel or third‑party tracker is loaded as part of form submission.

Section 05

Website analytics & cookies.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages on this site are read, how visitors arrive, and which case studies and sector pages perform — so we can make the site more useful over time. Plausible is a privacy‑first, EU‑hosted analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not build cross‑site profiles of visitors. All measurements are aggregated, anonymous, and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Because of this, we do not display a cookie consent banner — the site sets no tracking cookies and no personal information is collected through analytics. If we later introduce any tool that does identify individual visitors or set tracking cookies, we will update this policy and provide notice at the point of collection.

Section 06

Sharing of your personal information.

We will not share your personal information with anyone else unless you have expressly consented. The only third‑party processors that receive personal information collected through this website are those described in Sections 04 and 05 above (Netlify, as our hosting and forms provider; Plausible, as our analytics provider), and only for the limited technical purposes set out there.

Section 07

Changes to this privacy policy.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you object to this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.

Section 08

Accessing your personal information.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. We reserve the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per‑request basis.

Section 09

Contacting us.

We welcome your comments regarding this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy and would like further information, please contact us through our website.

Section 10

Privacy statement at collection point.

The information provided by you on this form will be used by Advantage Access for the sole purpose of providing our services to you and to contact you in relation to future services. We do not use personal information for any secondary purpose without consent. We do not share personal information with anyone else. You have a right to access your personal information.
